Nicole Kirby, LISW
Nicole Kirby, LISW is a Licensed Independent Social Worker. She received her Masters of Social Work from the University of Northern Iowa in 2016. Nicole has experience working with children and families as a lead therapist in a residential setting. Nicole has a broad range of skills in working with many different mental health diagnoses and utilizing family support to implement lasting change for the individuals served. Using primarily a strengths-based perspective, Nicole is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Nicole is passionate about serving both individuals and families ranging from children, adolescents, and adults.
