Lisa L. Dittmer, LISW

Lisa L. Dittmer, LISW obtained her Master's Degree in Social Work in 1995 from the University of Iowa and has over thirty years of experience working with adults, children and families in the Des Moines area. Ms. Dittmer has practiced at multiple levels in the continuum of care including inpatient and partial hospital work and in-home therapy. She has also served as the Director of an outpatient day treatment program for adolescents.
Since joining Kavalier & Associates in July of 1999, Lisa has enjoyed providing outpatient individual and family therapy services to adolescents and adults with a variety of presenting concerns. She works from a primarily cognitive behavioral approach.
